It mirrors your skin's own oils
Grass-fed tallow is roughly half oleic acid, the same fatty acid your skin produces. That's why it absorbs instead of sitting on top, and why your skin treats it like its own.
Grass-fed tallow + UMF Manuka honey. 5 ingredients, whipped to absorb in minutes.
Shop the balmThe unscented jar is genuinely unscented. I use it on my face, my husband takes it for his hands, and a tiny bit goes on the kids after the bath.
From the first hundred jars
No paid endorsements, no filters, just notes customers sent back, with their photos where they offered them.
“The first thing my husband noticed wasn't my skin, it was that I'd stopped reapplying hand cream every hour.”
“I was sceptical of anything called a 'balm'. Three weeks in, my winter knuckles forgot it was winter.”
“It sinks in before I've finished my coffee. That's the whole review.”

Grass-fed tallow is roughly half oleic acid, the same fatty acid your skin produces. That's why it absorbs instead of sitting on top, and why your skin treats it like its own.
Air folded in by hand means the balm spreads thin and sinks in within minutes. No slick on the pillow, no waiting before sleeves or makeup.
UMF-rated honey from New Zealand draws water to the skin and keeps it there between applications, the quiet hero working long after you've put the jar down.
The honest diary
Skin renews on its own schedule. Here's what real use actually looks like.
The first thing people notice, skin feels fed, not coated.
That pulled-tight feeling after washing eases off.
Moisture holds between applications instead of vanishing by lunch.
A little goes a long way, most jars outlast the season that demanded them.
Results vary with skin and season, which is why the guarantee runs a full 100 days.
From pasture and hive
Tallow's fatty acids mirror your own oils, absorbed as nourishment, not coating.
Grass-fed farms and UMF-rated New Zealand apiaries, chosen carefully and reviewed every year.
Five ingredients you can read aloud. No fillers, no water, no synthetic anything.
100 days to fall in love with it. All we ask is a fair shot: snap a photo when your jar arrives and use it daily for 30 days. If your skin doesn't feel softer and calmer, email us for a full refund. Keep the jar.
The honest comparison
The ritual
Less than you think. It melts on contact with skin.
After a shower or a splash of water, the manuka locks the moisture in.
Three to five minutes and it's gone in, no slick, no shine, no waiting.
The label test
Run your current moisturiser through this test. Everything below got struck off before our first batch, and one list got kept.

Simple by design
No ten-step routine, no layering order to memorise. One jar, used the same way, twice a day.
A pea-sized scoop pressed into damp skin after washing. It's absorbed before you've finished your coffee, and SPF and makeup go straight over.
Same scoop, slightly more generous on problem spots: knuckles, elbows, heels. No slick on the pillow; the whip sinks in while you brush your teeth.
For most people: the hand cream, the body lotion and the night moisturiser. Face, hands and body, one jar covers all three.
Everything. It layers over actives and serums as the final step, and under SPF in the morning. If you already have a routine you love, the balm just seals it.
The quiet migration
Tallow, manuka, jojoba, vitamin E, essential oil. The whole label, said aloud in five seconds.
Grass-fed, grass-finished tallow and UMF-rated Manuka honey. Ask us where any batch came from and we will tell you.
Whipped by hand in numbered batches, someone who knows the recipe touches every jar.
Face, hands and body from the same 113g, it usually costs less than the three products it retires.

Fair questions
Beef fat on your face is a strange sentence the first time you read it. These are the questions everyone asks.
Really. Tallow's fatty-acid profile is closer to your skin's own oils than almost any plant oil, which is why it was the default skin salve for centuries before water-based creams made shelf life the priority. Rendered properly, it's odourless and absorbs clean.
No. Slow, low-temperature rendering removes the smell at the source. We don't mask it, we never create it. The unscented jar smells of almost nothing; the scented jars carry only a whisper of lavender or sweet orange essential oil.
Tallow is moderately comedogenic on paper, but in practice a pea-sized amount pressed into damp skin sits very differently from a heavy occlusive layer. Most customers with combination skin do fine; if you're acne-prone, patch-test on the jawline for a week first.
Because it's the ingredient doing the holding. Tallow feeds the skin; manuka keeps the moisture there. Generic 'honey' on a label can mean anything. UMF rating means independently graded, genuine Manuka from New Zealand.
Take a photo when your jar arrives to activate the promise, use the balm daily for 30 days, and if your skin doesn't feel softer and calmer, email us within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. No return label, keep the jar. We'd rather lose a jar than keep an unhappy customer's money. Full details on the guarantee page.
The story behind the jar
Nodra started the day I read the back of my moisturiser and counted twenty-three ingredients I couldn't picture. I'd been burned by miracle creams before, so I went the other way entirely.
The first batch was rendered in my kitchen stockpot: grass-fed tallow done low and slow, a spoonful of manuka, jojoba to loosen the whip. Friends asked for jars. Then their friends did.
Nothing important has changed since. Every batch is still numbered, logged and whipped by someone who knows it by smell. Usually me.
Old World remedies, for modern skin
Five ingredients, one jar, thirty days to prove itself. If it doesn't, the refund is on us.
